Dr. Washington is a dedicated healthcare professional with a heart for caring for others. With a rich background in emergency care, women’s health, and geriatrics, she brings warmth and expertise to her work. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, Dr. Washington leads Remedy with a focus on compassionate, personalized care for every patient.
Dr. Washington brings extensive experience across multiple clinical fields, including emergency care, correctional health, women’s health, geriatrics, and academia. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, she is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult and Gerontological Clinical Nurse Specialist. In addition, Dr. Washington holds a post-graduate certificate in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health.
With certifications in domestic violence, crisis intervention, anger management, employee assistance, and substance abuse, Dr. Washington is a recognized expert in these critical areas. She is the founder and operator of Remedy, an integrative care and telehealth medical practice dedicated to holistic patient care. Additionally, she serves as adjunct faculty in the BSN program at San Antonio College.
